Installing LED lights and need Flasher instructions? - for 2005 Toyota RAV4?

I want to intall LED lights on my 2005 Toyota RAV4. I would rather purchase a Flasher made for Toyota's (website below)
I am looking for instructions on how to install the flasher or instead use load equalizers which I would need at least 4 of and if I used a flasher I would only need 1. Any advice on where to located instructions or products or ideas???
