I was in a car accident involving 4 people 2 months ago (pile-up) but the accident wasn't my fault. I made a police report on the spot, but took care of the repairs myself because I knew the insurance company would raise my premium. I was recently involved in an accident in another city and I did make a claim. The insurance company is paying for it, but I fear that they will find out about the other recent accident in the other city and think that I am lying and make me pay them back. Will they check with just the city I made the claim for or will they find out about the other claim? If so, how can I prove my innocence if the recent accident wasn't reported to the police? Am I screwed?
