are mini coopers good cars?

im looking to buy a new car this year, i really want a mini and didnt know if they are good cars. any suggestions?

yes they are ok with speed but the cornering on them is not as good. (i have one)

I just talked to a guy who now works as a mini technician and says there are a lot of problems with them. But If you really like it, heck with it, buy it and if you can afford, buy extended warranty! People always say, stay away from european cars and buy japanese, but I know people who never had problems with they european cars.. Also depends, how long you want to keep it?

yeah there made by bmw and there pretty fast to lol if your looking for speed then get the 6 speed supercharger one lol

I'm sure they are good cars, but i know they are very costly to have them worked on compared to other cars
