Are 1998 Honda Accord Ex good cars?

My dad wants to get me that for my first car. Frankly I'll take whatever I can get but I am going to have to drive 4 hours every other weekend and will it be reliable. It is burgandy and looks unbelivebly nice for it's age but I'm scared...:[[

It ha a moonroof or sunroof and alloy wheels...whatever that is...?

My birthday is in 14 days....should I embrace it?I don't want to complain because I know he is being genorous for a first car...but is this really a good car? Because my dad exaggerates alot.

Never mind it being your first car........I have a 97 accord that we use as our second vehicle everyday. The car not only looks good, it's great on gas, comfortable, safe and probably the most reliable passenger vehicle built!
It might be the perfect starter car for anybody. Embrace it?.......you better believe it.......you'll absolutely love this car for years.
