Delhi-based electronics firm Grand IJS Electronics has unveiled the world’s cheapest police car.
At the International Security Expo in New Delhi, India, the company debuted a police-spec Tata Nano with complete with a stylish, red-white-and-blue light bar.
According to Indian Autos Blog, the car was designed for a special police unit, tasked with protecting the women and children of New Delhi.
The car includes a light bar, sirens and an 80-watt amp has been fitted to manage the power needs. A medical kit and flashlights are available as well, making this Nano more of a first responder than a proper police vehicle.
