Nissan said that an employee of Complete Automation, which makes paint systems for Nissan, died in a fatal accident at Nissan’s vehicle assembly plant in Smyrna, Tennessee.
The employee, who was not identified, was killed in the factory’s paint plant when a large electrical panel fell while it was being moved.
