Volvo Adventure 2011 – UK Team Video Diary
"Think Globally, Eat Locally" is the project by Belfast's Grosvenor Grammar School which came second in the Volvo Adventure 2011 Awards. It focuses on publicising the negative effects of imported food and the benefits of eating local produce. The team set out to establish an active vegetable garden within their school with the aim of making the whole school more aware of where their food comes from and to educate them on the negative effects of importing out-of-season food from around the world. www.volvoadventure.org
