The awards issued by AutoPacific for vehicle satisfaction are many but there can only be one for the highest overall satisfaction. This vehicle is one that owners of are so satisfied to own, that it is safe to assume that they wouldn’t own any other car. For 2011, that car is the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
The larger than life “limousine” comes in a plethora of trim levels: from quiet and cool cruiser to hot-rod muscle car in disguise. Known more for its high buy-in price, the S-Class’s victory is honestly not much of a surprise. AutoPacific’s Satisfaction Awards are based on owner surveys and the S-Class owner seems to be one of habit: more than likely owning more than one S-Class in their lives. Mercedes is also very loyal to its flagship and it would appear that they will stop at nothing to keep their very special clients satisfied.
