Remember that odd Nissan Crossover concept that was teased for a Frankfurt reveal this week? Well know we know some more details about it, including its name. Nissan is calling it the Gripz, and they claim the concept is inspired by old 240Z desert racers. There have been rumors for a while that Nissan may replace the 370Z with a performance crossover, and this now points to that being a reality.
Nissan did drop us a tiny teaser video that shows the front end a little better than the first photo did, and it is overlaid with footage of the old 240Z racers and professional road bikes, another point of inspiration according to Nissan.
The new car gets revealed tomorrow, so we don’t have too long to wait and check it out.
