With all the news coming out of Chicago this week, this one excites us the most and somewhere deep inside we are itching to sell our Toyota Tacoma Crew Cab. Well Nissan has just showed off the Frontier Diesel Runner powered by Cummins at the show. This great news comes mere six months after the annoucement that Cummins will be providing a 5.0 Liter turbo diesel V8 to the next gen Titan.
Frontier Diesel Runner is powered by a 2.8 Liter 4-cylinder Cummins Diesel engine providing 200 horsepower and 350 lb-ft torque. It is backed by a ZF 8HP70 8-speed automatic transmission that helps with mileage increase and towing capacity bump compared to the V6 powered Frontier.
