We got our first real look at the new Nissan Sentra at the Los Angeles Auto Show, and now that these new cars are getting ready to head to showrooms around the nation, Nissan has announced how much they will cost. On the bottom end, we have the base Sentra S 6MT with a starting price of $16,780 and the Sentra SL Xtronic occupies the top spot at $22,170. There are a total of six different models that will be available, and you can find pricing for each on below.
Along with a freshened exterior design, the new 2016 Sentra is being offered with a big pile of fancy electronic gizmos and gadgets that are not usually found on any machine in this price range. From the NissanConnect services to safety aids like radar cruise control, blind spot monitoring and more, Nissan is packing high-end features into an affordable package.
For the sporting enthusiast out there, the new Sentra is also getting the Active Understeer Control system from the Altima that uses the braking system to brake single wheels and pull the car into a tighter line around a corner and reduce understeer.
These cars should be arriving at dealerships as you read this, so head on out and take one for a spin.
