RP High Performance, a privately-owned company that also owns Rossion Automotive, has acquired the assets of Mosler Automotive.
The acquisition brings together all the assets of both Rossion Automotive and Mosler Automotive under one roof and management team. The two companies have been merged into a combined company called Rossion.
Ian Grunes has been named president of Rossion.
The Mosler name will no longer be used and all new cars produced will carry the Rossion name, RP High Performance said.
Financial terms of deal were not disclosed.
