Often times to celebrate a special event, or historical moment, cor makers will release special edition models. One such brand that has become very affluent in the special edition market is MINI. With its multitude of concept and show cars, there always seems to be some new and exciting model from the group.
THe latest model in MINI’s recent bevy of special edition cars, is the MINI Bayswater. Named for a vibrant area of London, west of the city center, that is known for its many bars and restaurants. Like the Baker Street model before it, this MINI comes with its own exclusive color and interior appointments.
The Kite Blue metallic is a unique and interesting color that will help the car stand out in a crowd. or those uncomfortable with lavish displays of color, MINI is also offering the Bayswater in Midnight Black and Eclipse Grey metallic paint shades. Along with the new blue paint, the 17-inch Sandblast wheels are unique to the Bayswater, and accentuate the paint well with their high-gloss black surface and machined lip. The bonnet stripes also receive some special attention for this new model, with a dynamic design and an off-color combination, blue on the right-hand side of the car and grey on the left.
This unique design scheme is carried onto the interior where all of the cars contrast stitching is grey and blue. To make sure onlookers realize how special your MINI is, the “Bayswater” lettering is on the door sills, side indicator surrounds and seat tags. The seats come standard with the exclusive color variant Rocklite Anthracite.
