The E-Class has always been a strong player in luxury motoring and Mercedes-Benz plans to keep it that way with the updated and refreshed 2014 E-Class family. The cars look longer, lower, and wider thanks to new body lines and side accents, making them all the more elegant.
The E-Class lineup is a large one, encompassing five sedans, two coupes, two cabriolets, and two wagons. While all the cars share the same basic architecture, there are several engine options including the V-6, two V-8s, a V-6 turbo diesel, and a V-6 hybrid.
Safety features like Attention Assist, Collision Prevention Assist, and Active Lane Keeping Assist are just a part of a myriad of systems that make the E-Class a safe place to be. Look for the 2014 E-Class sedan and wagon to go on sale by spring 2013, with the coupe and cabriolet following by the summer.
