Lamborghini Aventador owners, turn your eyes this way. The NHTSA has announced a recall for your shiny new supercar. Affecting 144 models built during the year 2012, the headlamps may not be adjustable in vertical directions.
This can prevent drivers from properly seeing where they are piloting their 700 horsepower machines, potentially causing a crash. If not adjusted properly, the headlights may also blind oncoming traffic resulting in potential minivan on Lambo violence. Neither option sounds terribly appealing.
The safety recall is scheduled to kick off today, and dealers will repair the headlight assemblies free of charge.
