Kia Motor Company has recently earned more than just one Consumer Digest’s “Bust Buy” awards. The leading industry outlet for product reviews and ratings announced their annual award winners for the automotive industry and the Korean brand took home a total of four. With outstanding value for the money, the 2012 Optima, Sorento, Soul and Sportage earned a title in their respective segments. Taking into consideration comfort, performance, utility as well as purchase price and ownership costs, Consumer Digests isn’t easily impressed.
“Receiving four ‘Best Buy’ designations from Consumers Digest reflects the increasing awareness and consideration for the Kia brand,” said Michael Sprague, vice president of marketing and communications for Kia Motor America. “Kia’s design-led transformation continues to attract new customers to Kia showrooms with stand-out design, fuel efficiency, a host of standard amenities as well as residual values that continue to outpace the industry.”
