General Motors and Honda have teamed up on hydrogen fuel cell research, reports Detroit Free Press.
Under the partnership, engineers from both companies will research and design next-generation hydrogen fuel cell powertrains and storage technologies.
The partnership intends to generate technology in “the 2020 time frame.”
