General Motors Co. reported selling a record 249,734 vehicles in China in July, representing a 12.7% from the same month a year ago, reports The Detroit News.
For 2014, the automaker sold its 2 millionth vehicle in China, the earliest in the year GM has reached that milestone. China is the largest sales market of General Motors.
Buick sales increased 1%, Chevrolet sales were up 10.9%, Cadillac sales shot up 58.1% and Wuling brand sales rose 25% year over year.
