Was with boyfriend for almost 12 years, bought his car with my income tax money, was stupid enough not to sign ANYTHING, saying that I bought the car, found him cheating thru a myspace page and now he will not give me my car. Is there anything I can do, to get what belongs to me, which is MY CAR?

You could try to take him to court. But without a check written to him off your account, then you are probably out of luck.
