because you have flogged the guts out of it and the timing chain is about to break , leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere with a burnt out car you flogged to death
i drive a mazda protege 1999 glx. due to change in engine the knock sensor on the car is not connected. can that cause this? if not then what can? the jerking is very rare and more after the car is hot.
