I own a Mazda Eunos 1994 and I had some work done on it and they pulled out the battery. When I got the car back the stereo was flashing asking for a code. I then realised it was an anti-theft stereo (bought it second hand). Being a woman I tried to guess the code and now its locked and comes up with an "error" message. Oh..the mechanic who did the original work cant help me.
I called Mazda and I have the code but they told me to turn the ignition on to Accessories for at least 40mins to reset it back to where I could enter the code. It didn't work!!..its still coming up with "error".
Does anyone know what else I can do because I really cant afford to pay a dealership to fix this???
