I have a 1991 Buick LeSabre, my heater has heat but the fan will not blow?

I was told it is a heater relay but I do not know where to find it or what it looks like help it's getting cold here

Before you try to pull the fan motor check the fuse and the switch. It is pretty old so could be the fan motor I hope not.
