fuel mileage

I have a 2005 Ford 500 it is currently getting about 13-14 mpg. I am the second owner. I took it back to the dealership and explained the fuel mileage, they said "Hmmmm",and changed the fuel and air filters. This did not fix the problem.Is any one else having this fuel mileage with their 2005 Ford 500?

What is the expected mileage?
spark plugs, timing, exauhstleaks, low oil, flat or over inflated tires, heavy on the gas pedal.. are all things that can contribute to poorer fuel mileage.
