Could GM make a brand new 1959 Cadillac if i payed them enough?

Let's pretend money isn't an issue here...if i went to GM and asked them to make me a brand new model year 1959 Cadillac...could they? Surely they still have the blueprints and stuff...
oh, by the way i'm 19 so the youth part i've already got hahaha...i've just always loved old cars, especially fifties GM models.
and as for modern day pollution standards...how hard would it be for them to put a cat. converter and some other pollution equipment on there? surely that wouldn't stop them.

Obviously there is a price for everything. Yes there is a price at which they would build one for you. But this requires expensive equipment being re-tooled, etc just for one car. Your price would probably be in the millions.

You could take an old one, have it completely taken appart. Have every part re-finished and the put back together like new for far less.
