can you swap an honda engine with auto trans with a honda engine with manual trans.?

Yes, you can. A friend of mine just swapped out auto engine for a maunal. It costs him about $5000. Many parts have to be modified like engine mounts, cooling systems, all hoses and pipe lines and whatever needed to make it works. I saw the car and it's not worth swapping(too much $$$). If you want a Honda with stick shift, sell the automatic one and buy one with manual transmission. I think it's cheaper this way.

Yes, but in terms of changes gear ratios etc, ask a professional.

Yes but as previpous answer said it may be a difference in the gear ratio on the two different engines/transmission unlikely but is possible will have to make a few minor modifications but not to serious i suggest talking to Pro. mechanic with Honda Expiereince. As may be somethings that could limit the modification on them. unsure.
