Audi User Interface

Hi,
I recently purchased an Audi A6 and am very disappointed to find that the User Interface is terrible. I am having problems when I am trying to use the Satellite radio that Audi proudly boasts a partnership with.
Audio tells me that there is no Firmware update available to correct this issue.

Am I alone in this? Has anyone found Firmware that would correct this?

So you mean you just bought the Audi A6 without looking on its specification. Maybe the one who sold it to you may have some firmware. They can help you with that.

I guess you should've checked everything first before you purchase it. The best thing to do here is to ask the person who sold it to you regarding that matter.
