Fiat and its American subsidiary, Chrysler Group LLC, opened the first Fiat dealership in Houston, Texas. The Sterling McCall FIAT is located at 10505 Southwest Freeway and joins more than 100 other Fiat dealerships in the U.S. It is also the 10th “Studio” to be found in the state of Texas and a part of Group 1 Automotive Inc., a chain of dealerships that now has 105 outposts across the country and the United Kingdom.
“The state of Texas is a key market for the continued growth of the FIAT brand. Adding a Group 1 Automotive-owned FIAT Studio to our network further strengthens our representation in Texas,” said Laura Soave, Head of FIAT Brand North America. A month-long process by Group 1 turned the existing Houston dealership into a official Fiat Studio.
