Callaway, one of the greatest names in the world of Corvette customization has finally released figures for their new upgraded Z06, and it is the most powerful Corvette they have ever created. A larger supercharger, better cooling thanks to a new triple-intercooler design, and a high-flow intake combine to boost horsepower up to 757 angry ponies and 777 pound-feet of torque. That mean the zero to 60 to 60 time has fallen to 2.8 seconds.
Beyond the engine upgrades, the Callaway Corvette comes with a new hood, supercharger surround, exterior badging and carbon fiber engine covers. Inside there are also new door sill plates and embroidered floor mats.
The cost of these upgrades is a mere $16,995. Of course, you need to already own the Z06 Corvette to start with, but considering the massive power boost, and the better cooling, this seems to be a very affordable price.
