“We’ve found that more than one-third of new car buyers are positively influenced by objective awards based on owner ratings when deciding on a new car or truck,” said George Peterson, president of AutoPacific. If Peterson’s statement holds true than Lincoln should have much success to look forward too. Based on thousands of customer satisfaction surveys, AutoPacific’s Satisfaction Awards rank manufactures accordingly and Lincoln has been named “Best Premium Brand”.
“Vehicles that score highest in the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are delivering value and satisfaction across a wide range of attributes,” says Peterson. These attributes not only include overall reliability but the support of the manufacture themselves. Ford’s premium brand must be doing something right as it is almost off the industry’s “radar”.
