The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has closed an investigation into nearly 360,000 Ford F-150 pickup trucks, reports The Detroit News.
The agency reviewed complaints of reduced engine power during hard acceleration without seeking a recall.
In May, NHTSA started an investigation in 2011-13 trucks with 3.5L EcoBoost engines. The agency received some 95 complaints and reviewed three technical service bulletins issued by Ford for a condition related to moisture accumulation in the charge air cooler (CAC) for the turbochargers.
