The Wall Street Journal reports that Italy’s Fiat SpA is looking to acquire the U.S. Treasury’s 6% stake in Chrysler.
Fiat plans to exercise its option in the next week to buy the Treasury’s stake in Chrysler, giving it majority control of Chrysler, the publication reported.
