The story of Saab has been a long and exhausting one that has been chronicled across these pages for months. In this collection of long and often sorrowful pieces, we are proud to provide a spark of hope and good news. Thanks to a new agreement between Saab Automotive Parts North America and General Motors, current Saab owners may have their cars serviced at any one of 179 service centers.
All 179 centers are trained and equipped to handle any and all warranty service, and they will also have access to a technical assistance center if they run into any peculiar issues. Parts will come from SPNA directly from their 153,000 square foot warehouse in Michigan. They are able to ship out 3,000 products per day, so getting your replacement parts won’t be a nightmare. There will also be a customer assistance center and a program call Saab Secure to help owners who have their own questions or are interested in doing their own service.
If you just so happened to grab a new Saab at a bargain, things just got a lot rosier for you and your new machine.
