If Dodge made the “Man Van” what does Chrysler make? The answer appears to be a “Mobile Mob Mansion Van” thanks to the 2013 Chrysler Town and Country S.
The newest edition to the mini-van family comes decked out with special black chrome grille, black accented rims, blacked out headlamps and black background badges. The car is only available in black, red, white or silver.
The inside features a unique all-black interior with Black Torino leather seats and black colored Ballistic cloth seat inserts. Dash trim is gloss Piano Black, naturally. To keep your group of tommy-gun toting friends entertained, the Town & Country S becomes the first mini-van to come equipped with a Blu-Ray player. Yeah, we thought that would have happened by now too. The system features two screens and HDMI input, so you could hook up a gaming console as well.
The whole package is propelled by the award-winning Pentastar V6 with 283 horsepower. Not that a gangster would care, but the fuel economy ratings come in at 17 mpg city and 25 mpg city. Those numbers have been reached thanks to improvements like low-rolling-resistance tires, low-drag brake calipers and new rear bearings. There is also an eco mode for anyone looking to maximize fuel economy.
If you need to hide a body, or just move the kids to school in menacing style, we can’t think of a much better way to do it.
