The Volvo XC60 has been a huge success for Volvo in the US market. Its combination of smaller size, sporty demeanor and legendary Volvo safety has made it a go-to vehicle for many. To keep the momentum going, 2013 brings a host of upgrades like new standard equipment, enhanced visuals, and decreased maintenance.
Tunnel Sensing lights that turn on when entering a tunnel and off when exiting have become standard across the model range. Rain sensing wipers and headlight washers have also become standard on all XC60s. To make owning an XC60 a little cheaper, all models have been moved to a 10,000 mile/12 month service interval thanks to the use of full synthetic motor oil.
Visually the XC60 gets new 18-inch “Merac” rims on the on the base XC60 3.2. Both the 3.2 and T60 AWD are available with 19-inch “Fenrir” alloy wheels, and receive a new exterior color, Flamenco Red. The T6 R-Design gets the option of the sporty Rebel Blue exterior paint.
Pricing for the little SUV starts at $34,200 plus $895 for destination.
