The New York International Auto Show may be making all the headlines right now, but it’s far from the only auto show around. Last week Atlanta held its International Auto Show, and we were there to see all the cool cars and exciting toys that the auto makers brought out. Mazda showed up with its diesel-powered prototype racer, RAM brought the all-new Rebel, and there was even a Hellcat Challenger up on the stand.
It didn’t stop there, as every auto maker brought there A game. Volkswagen had the Golf R and new Golf Sportwagen, Audi showed up with the R8, Acura brought a TLX race car, the new Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang was on the floor, even Mercedes showed up with the new Maybach and the AMG GT. In the General Motors side of the floor there was the all-new Buick Cascada convertible and the mighty Corvette Z06 as well as the new Camaro Z/28.
Aside from the cars, there were tons of cool toys and displays set up. Ford, Kia and some other had simulations setup, Chevy and Ford both had several engines set up out of cars, and Ford even brought a fun robot hooked up to some speakers for crowd interaction. If you like Jeeps and trucks, there was an AEV Brute on the floor and Nissan arrived with the Project Titan truck.
If you dig greener cars, BMW has the i8 and i3 on display and some automakers like Kia showed up with plug-in variants of cars.
You can watch the video below to see a quick overview of the floor and all the cool things on display. If you want to see specific cars, you can click any of the automakers names below to pull up a gallery of photos specifically for them. Enjoy.
